Fluid Col Multi-purpose additive powder, to add to a suitable mixture of binders and aggregates, for the on-site production of mortars, grouts and concretes that are self-levelling, rheoplastic, controlled shrinkage or moderately expansionary, high mechanical strength, chemical and waterproofing. The physical-chemical action of Fluid Col is an interaction of positive contributions and modifications: drastic reduction of the A/C ratio, shrinkage-resistant action, superpozzolanic action and reaction of ultrafine fillers (MICROSIL 90), which transforms unstable, soluble, readily reactive calcium hydroxides into stable, insoluble, chemically and mechanically resistant hydrous calcium silicates. Preparation of mortars, grouts, rheofluid concretes, shrinkage-compensated or moderately expansionary, high mechanical, watertightness and chemical stability performance, for structural slubs, anchoring machines, road joints, etc. Add the product in a concrete mixer, mixer truck or mixer, together with the remaining anhydrous components of the mixture: cement and aggregates, any polypropylene and/or steel fibres, etc. The indicative dosage, depending on the type of conglomerate to be packaged and its purposes, varies between 12% and 15% of the weight of the cement. After a first mixing, add the mix water and mix thoroughly, until you obtain a homogeneous whole and free of lumps. The cement dosage must not be less than 350 kg/m³. Consilex Barrier-A Solution of special modified silicone resins, dispersed in water, hydrophilic in the application phase, water-repellent and water-repellent after reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide, for the preparation of water-repellent solutions for the creation of chemical barriers against capillary rising in masonry. Formation, by injection, of horizontal chemical barriers for stopping capillary rising damp in building renovation and damp brickwork; water repellent and reinforcing treatment with slightly alkaline porous building materials: bricks, tiles, terracotta and crude ceramic materials, etc. Remove the existing plaster, only if necessary, up to at least one metre above the line of evident damp. Consumption may vary depending on the characteristics of the masonry and its thickness. By way of example, for 50 cm thick masonry, the indicative consumption of the aqueous solution is between 17 and 20 l/m. Consilex Barrier-A requires an adequate and as lengthy an exchange as possible with the atmosphere, for the hydrophilic-hydrophobic transformation: schedule an adequate waiting time prior to sealing the injection holes and coating the brickwork. It is advisable to create the chemical barrier with Consilex Barrier-A- when work commences at the construction site and to close the injection holes a few days before ends. Apply on porous media, with pH not exceeding 8. Protect glass and aluminium surfaces from contact with the product. Liquid product based on lithium silicates, which was created for the protective, consolidating and porosity reducer treatment of concrete, mineral, brick and stone substrates. It guarantees optimal durability and adhesion strength, resistance to UV rays, chemical agents and mechanical stresses. The result of the application allows to obtain a rapid hardening of the surface as well as a revived and homogeneous appearance of the same. The product has a negligible environmental impact thanks to the low VOC content (<50 g / l) and is practically odorless. Protective, reinforcing, water repellent treatments of concrete, mineral and stone supports. Specific product for revitalizing, simultaneously providing a great consolidation and an annulment of the dust produced in concrete supports, interstices, brick, stone or mixed arches, present in taverns, public premises and of historic monuments interest. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, dust etc. A preliminary wash with distilled water or steam it's recommended. The support should be dry when applying. Apply the product as it is, with low pressure sprayer or brush with long bristles. Keep the substrate wet with Consilex Idrofix for at least 20 minutes during application. If applied on floors, wait 24 hours before passing on the treated support. The reinforcing contribution will be completed after 2-3 weeks of treatment. From 0,20 to 1,00 kg of Consilex Idrofix per square meter of surface to be treated, based on the porosity of the support.
